Alan Burke, Ph.D.

Dr. Burke is a chemical engineer at International Dioxcide, a wholly owned subsidiary of ERCO Worldwide. He has over twenty years of experience in developing chemical processes for commercial applications. For the past ten years, Dr. Burke has focused on chlorine dioxide systems and their practical application.

Scott Glynn, Senior Chemist

Scott Glynn has a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and has been with International Dioxcide for 30 years. His background includes redox chemistry, formulation development, and pilot scale testing. For the past 20 years, he has been involved with regulatory and certification of IDI’s products, including work with the EPA, FDA, PMRA, Health Canada, and NSF.

Zack Li, Ph.D.

Dr. Zack Li is a senior process engineer with International Dioxcide, where he conducts research, development, and evaluation of chlorine dioxide generation technology and application in the water industry. Zack’s broad industrial experiences include chlorine dioxide technology application in water and wastewater treatment, water supply and wastewater engineering design, environmental biotechnology and bioremediation testing, chemical dispersants/surfactants effects and effectiveness testing, and national and state drinking water quality regulations.
