Canada’s Superior Plus purchases International Dioxcide.  IDI becomes an ERCO Worldwide Company, a division of Superior Plus LP, enabling the ERCO Specialty Chemicals business to vertically integrate its sodium chlorite production with the end-customer applications and solutions that IDI offers.
